How to Maintain a Healthy Diet for Teeth and Gums?
To maintain dental health, eat a diet high in calcium, vitamins, and minerals. Eat less acidic and sugary meals as these can erode tooth enamel and result in cavities. To help flush out bacteria and food particles, drink lots of water.
FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS
- To strengthen teeth, eat dairy products, leafy greens, and almonds.
- Eat fruit to maintain healthy gums, such as oranges and strawberries, and get your vitamin C.
- To stop enamel erosion, cut back on your consumption of soda, candy, and citrus fruits.
- To keep saliva flowing and wash away food particles, sip water frequently.
